Manav Kumar

Bringing over a decade of senior strategic management experience in various facets of the Oil & Gas industry, Mr. Kumar has led multiple effective contributions towards corporate approach, collaboration, joint ventures and financing of the Company.

Mr. Kumar have served as the Chairman of the IADC SE Asia Chapter along with being a frequent speaker at Oil & Gas conferences and seminars globally. He holds a Master's degree in Business Management from Lancaster University, UK.

Bhagwan Dass Narang

A veteran banker, Mr. Narang retired as CMD of a prominent Indian public sector listed bank. He was the Banker of the Year in 2004. Mr. Narang has handled special assignments viz. alternate Chairman of the Committee on Banking Procedures set up by the Indian Banks Association. He has also chaired a panel on serious financial frauds appointed by Reserve Bank of India. Chairman of a major Indian PE Fund and other listed companies, he has also been advisor to companies such as Merill Lynch.

Tiong Hin Won

Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Singapore and Member of the Singapore Institute of Directors, he brings along vast experience accumulated while working at various posts with shipbuilding and chartering companies in Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Hong Kong.
